Greater than through love and support: Hometown Solutions Show #1 Health!

Here is the Information from the First Show that aired today!
The show will be re-broadcast on the Penguin, Bach Radio, and on the Bone! It is humbling to have the ability to get this out each week and over so many different ways.

Also, it will be podcast for you to access the information that was discussed and ready in the next day or so.

Thanks to Joshua Swift, Asst. Director of the NHC Health Department, Jeff James, CEO of Wilmington Health, Ashley Miller, sidekick o' non profits, JT and Aimee for producing and Michael for support and podcasting..all making this a very special first show!

The reason I am doing this at the beginning this week is that this show…the idea for doing this came from my experience over a decade ago with a  man who became very influential in my life. He was the first person to put me on the air and interview me and he was the opitmy of style and grace and made me and everyone he encountered feel like they were welcomed and supported. His show was about featuring the best of who we are and what we can do well..and while I fall way short of what he is and what he did, I aspire to him and dedicate this endeavor to bring a positive voice….a voice that speaks from all walks of life…to the air to bring access to resources out to the community. This week he was properly honored with the naming of a building and at the theater awards..but his legacy lives on in those of us who were taught to live above the frey, stick to the mission, and get out the best in the community so people know what is I spy Donn Ansell..and this show is and will always be to him and his honor.

Affirmation and sign off:
Some say I have Sloganitis, because I repeat slogans, affirmations and things that, frankly keep me sane… each week, I want to end the show with an I believe firmly in the verse that says “so you think in your heart, so shall you be”, and I learned some years ago that what you put in is often what you put I LOVE affirmations…
Most who know me and have called my personal or business phone have gotten this one..but it is what I love to share and what I hold myself accountable with everyday..and it is something I deeply am grateful for for to live by it is to acknowledge that I am given a life by which I am free to make choices and to have accept the abundant gifts each everyday…so with with that…
